Lexi is a 22-year-old freelance editor and creative writer with a BFA in Creative Writing and a BA in English. Upon graduating from Arkansas Tech University in May of 2025, she launched her business to help other writers excel. Since then, she has become a member of the Editorial Freelancers Association and has made countless writerly friends and several clients.
After years of hiding her words from the world, thinking them subpar or unworthy, she is currently writing her first novel and has work forthcoming in the Fall 2025 issue of Bridge: The Bluffton University Literary Journal. She may be new to the industry, but she is no stranger to the craft.

I was the editor of my high school yearbook for three years. During this time, I was in charge of proofreading, correcting, and designing the yearbook.
In the fall of 2024, I served as a volunteer reader for ATU's literary journal, Nebo, where I was in charge of voting whether or not a submission should be taken under further consideration.
I am currently an editorial intern and volunteer reader for the Epiphany literary magazine. My roles include voting on submissions, leaving detailed notes on pieces for the editors, shadowing the Managing Editor, attending weekly editorial meetings, and performing occasional clerical tasks.
I am currently a freelance editor with Conquest Publishing, offering developmental editing, copy and line editing, and proofreading services to authors.
