"Alexis did a great job reading my manuscript. Not only did she respond to all the questions, but she also found and pointed out some small errors as well. She pointed out a few lines that could use improving and a couple where it would be better to simply delete them. I was very happy with her honest feedback, and even when she didn’t agree with something, she managed to make her comments constructive or humorously fun to read. I would be happy to have her read my work going forward, and think she can add a valuable perspective to any story. I would highly recommend her if you are looking for another set of eyes on your own manuscript."

"Lexi is a fantastic editor, and her professionalism exceeds expectations. She is open-minded in working with all book genres. While working with her on developmental, copy, and line editing, she thoroughly read my novel to provide constructive and transparent feedback that did not alter the story but enhanced it with a shared vision. She also provides detailed explanations of her feedback, accompanied by well-organized editorial commentary, which demonstrates the hard work she puts into collaborating with her clients to produce the best possible work. Her communication is excellent, and she consistently details her feedback, revisions, and reviews. She also provides a realistic timeframe that takes into account the author's release date. I look forward to working with Lexi on future novels; she is a gem!"
"After working on my novel for over seven years, I didn't know where to start looking for an editor, but I was lucky enough to find Lexi on Guru. If you're looking for a professional editor who knows what they're doing, I highly recommend her. She is dependable, insightful, and well-versed in literature. My novel would not be what it is today without her thorough understanding of grammar, spelling, sentence structure, story building, and pacing. I look forward to working with her again."
